Booking a call or contacting us does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. We may decline work where the scope, timing, requirements, or fit are not suitable.

Any project begins only when its scope, deliverables, responsibilities, price, payment terms, timeline, and other relevant conditions have been agreed in writing. That written project agreement takes priority if it conflicts with these website Terms.

For an agreed project, you are responsible for providing accurate information, timely decisions, feedback, content, access, and approvals described in the project agreement. Delays or changes may affect the agreed schedule, scope, or price.

The Frontbits name, brand assets, website design, text, and other site content belong to Frontbits or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the website for lawful business purposes, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are defined in the applicable written project agreement.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a harmful or excessive way, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
