The problem

Your tools don’t agree with each other.

Each one holds its own version of the truth, and the gaps between them quietly become somebody’s second job.

  • The spreadsheet nobody wants to touch One file holds the real numbers, one person actually understands it, and everyone else works around it.
  • The same details, typed in three times Once in the CRM, once on the invoice, once in the tracker, and they stop matching the first time somebody skips a step.
  • A simple question takes half a day “What’s outstanding right now?” means opening four tools and reconciling them by hand before anyone can answer.
The solution

One tool, built for how you work.

The Build replaces the whole patchwork with one purpose-built dashboard: scoped to your business, priced upfront, made to fit your workflow instead of forcing you to work around someone else's.

  • Built around your exact workflow
  • One price, agreed upfront
  • Built and live fast, no drawn-out timelines

Industries

Built for how your industry actually runs

Whatever business you’re running, we scope one tool around your workflow instead of forcing you into someone else’s template.

Is it a fit?

Built for some businesses. Not all of them.

We'd rather tell you on the first call than halfway through the build. Here's who The Build works for, and who it doesn't.

A good fit if

  • You have one workflow that's clearly broken and worth fixing properly
  • You understand your own process better than any off-the-shelf tool does
  • You want to own what gets built outright, with no vendor holding the keys
  • You can look at a working build and give real feedback within a few days

Probably not us if

  • You need a multi-team platform with a year-long roadmap behind it
  • You want a developer embedded in your team month after month
  • You're counting on continuous feature work after launch, but we hand over and step back
  • You're still working out what the tool should do. We scope one thing, we don't explore
After launch

You leave with everything. Including your data.

We hand the project over completely and step back. Here’s exactly what that means, stated plainly.

What you get

  • Full source code and documentation, written to be picked up by any competent developer, not just by us
  • Hosting and database live in infrastructure you own from day one, not ours
  • No retainer, no lock-in, no ongoing access kept on our side once the project is done

How we treat your data

  • Your business data sits in your accounts, not on a Frontbits server
  • Any credentials we used during the build are yours to rotate at launch; we keep no standing access afterward
  • No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking baked in, unless you specifically ask for it

Being straight with you: we’re a small studio, not an audited enterprise vendor. We hold no SOC 2 or ISO certification. If your industry needs formal compliance sign-off, raise it on the scoping call and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Client love

Don't take our word for it

Here's what founders and business owners say about working with Frontbits.

★★★★★
“Frontbits built our internal tool in three weeks and it replaced a spreadsheet that was costing us hours every week. They asked better questions about our business than agencies charging five times more.”
Emily Carter Founder, boutique consultancy
★★★★★
“We came with a rough idea for a SaaS dashboard and they turned it into a product our customers actually compliment. Design and dev in one team made everything faster.”
Michael Reeves CEO, property tech startup
★★★★★
“They didn't just build what we asked for, they asked the right questions about how our floor actually runs, and the team picked up the new system in a day. No fluff, no wasted time.”
Daniel Osei Owner, family-run manufacturing company
★★★★★
“The process was the smoothest I've experienced with any vendor. Clear milestones, zero surprises on price, and the final product performs flawlessly. Highly recommend.”

FAQ

Questions? Answered.

How much does it cost?

There's no set number until we've talked. A typical build is four modules with full CRUD and the workflow that connects them, one or two integrations with tools you already use, as many screens as those modules need, one round of revisions, hosting and deployment, and the source code. We size all of that on the kickoff call and give you one number before any work starts. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

What if my project is bigger than one core tool?

Tell us what you're building and we'll size it properly on the kickoff call and quote accordingly, whether that ends up being the typical four-module build or something larger.

How fast can we start?

As soon as we agree the scope and price on a kickoff call, usually within a few days of reaching out. You get your number on that call rather than waiting on a proposal, and the base build goes from kickoff to launch in about a week.

What's included in the one round of revisions?

After we build your dashboard, you get one structured round of feedback to fine-tune anything that's off before we call it done. That round is included in your price. Additional rounds, and anything outside the agreed scope, are billed separately.

Do I own the code afterward?

Yes. You get full source code and documentation at handover. No lock-in, no retainer required to keep using what we built.

Is hosting included?

Yes, we deploy and configure hosting as part of your project, so your tool is live at launch, not just handed over as a folder of code.

What if The Build isn't the right fit for my business?

Happy to talk it through on a free call. If what you need is bigger than the base build, we will tell you plainly and price it properly rather than forcing it into a box that doesn't fit.

Do you work with businesses outside your country?

Yes, most of our clients are remote, across the US, UK, Europe, and Australia. Everything runs async friendly with scheduled calls at times that work for your timezone.

The scoping call

A call, not a pitch.

It's the first step in every project, and it's free. Here's exactly what happens on it, so you know what you're booking.

What we'll cover

The workflow you want fixed, what it's costing you to keep limping along, and what the tool would actually need to do.

What you'll leave with

A clear scope, a start date, and your price in writing. Or an honest no, if we're not the right people for it.

What it isn't

A sales call. There's no deck and no follow-up sequence. If The Build isn't right for you, we'll say so on the call and point you elsewhere.

Limited builds each month

Your competitors are already shipping faster with better dashboards

Tell us what you want built. We'll scope it on a kickoff call, give you a price, and lock in a start date the same week.

  • Price agreed upfront, no surprises
  • Built fast, without cutting corners
  • You own the code
