This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through frontbits.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

- Contact form: name, email address, project type, and project details you submit through the form on the Site.
- Booking a call: when you schedule a call through our booking widget, we receive your name, email address, and any details you provide about your project or availability.

Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider logs standard technical data for security and reliability purposes, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of our own on the Site.

- To respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we're a good fit to build your project
- To schedule and prepare for calls you book with us

- To keep the Site secure and functioning correctly
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to third parties.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the Site and our business. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us:
- Formspree — delivers signup and contact form submissions to us by email.
- Cal.com — powers our call-booking widget and calendar invites.
- Vercel — hosts the Site and serves its files.
These providers may process your data outside the UAE. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.
4. Cookies
Frontbits does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Third-party tools embedded on the Site (currently, the Cal.com booking widget) may set their own cookies to function — those are governed by that provider's own privacy policy.
5. Data retention
We keep contact form submissions and booking details for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver a project, and maintain our business records, after which we delete or anonymize it unless we're required to keep it longer for legal reasons.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@frontbits.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Data security
We use reputable, industry-standard providers (listed above) to store and transmit your information, and we limit access to it to what's needed to run our business. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and the Site is not directed at anyone under 18.
